All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.  Some of our items are bulky; consider delivering to your work address. Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address. 

We will deliver within five working days of payment clearance. If there is particular urgency to your product delivery, please call us on 08712 001272 and we will work together to get your item to you sooner. 

We do not list an item that is out of stock without a clear notification to our customers. In these instances, you are still able to place an order to ensure you do not miss an opportunity but please be aware that delivery may take up to six weeks. We monitor our stock levels daily to minimise the chances of this.
