Canvas Polo Hat

Pampeano offers bespoke polo hats - you can now choose any colour combination, be it a flag, one colour, 4 colours, silver or even tartan. Please email us at customer.services@pampeano.co.uk for a same day response where we will guide you through the simple process. The bespoke service only adds £40 regardless of the amount of embroidery etc/ how difficult the required design may be. You will see a scale, colour drawing of the intended hat before any commitment by you needs to be made. Production and delivery 3-4 weeks.

Alternatively, and for immediate shipping, order a traditional black Argentine polo hat, canvas, single strap, with air vents. 

For sizing: Using a tape measure or a piece of string, measure round your head, in cm, just above the eyebrows and ears, as in the diagram. This is your nominal helmet size. You may wish to buy a slightly larger or smaller size depending on your personal preference e.g. if you prefer a tighter fit, buy one size smaller. Helmet linings do compress, so if your helmet is slightly tight to start with, this is quite normal. If possible, attempt to try on another polo helmet and make sure that 1) it doesn't feel like your head is being squeezed (!) and 2) if you bend over with the hat on, the hat does not move/ fall forward etc.

Pampeano's polo hats are made to a high specification of hat protection in Argentina and are worn by polo professionals and patrons alike. Formed with a fibreglass/ resin mould to sustain against high impact, the hat comprises two plotted meshes of fibreglass/ resin plotted meshes sandwiching a neoprene inner plating. Over the surface is 4mm of polypropylene to act as a shock absorber covered by either canvas or leather fabric. Soft padding on the interior to provide comfort and some shock absorption.

Please note that these polo hats have not been safety tested to British standards, and as a result are not accepted by those playing in SUPA (Schools & Universities Polo Association); they are the standard, quality Argentine hats used by polo professionals and patrons throughout the world.
