Returns

• You may return your goods and receive a full refund (less postage costs) if received by us within 21 days.  We are happy to exchange any items at no charge to you.
• Send your item to Pampeano, 3 Stables, Dunglass, Cockburnspath, Berwickshire, TD13 5XF, together with your purchase details.  We recommend that you send it back by recorded delivery.

• We know how irritating it is to receive junk mail, email or unwanted telephone calls. We shall not pass on any of your information to another party.

Security

• We advocate use of PayPal which means that your financial information is not shared with anyone. Information is automatically encypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security with an encryption key of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).  This means that all we see is your email address and delivery details.
