The word Azar means ‘chance’, and this vibrant passport colour encourages spontaneity on your travels. Our signature pampa diamond, which is hand-stitched on the bottom right of the cover, is available in a choice of four bright colours: bronze orange, cream, navy blue or burgundy. The pampa diamond is a traditional Aztec pattern, designed to represent the ancient Andes mountains, which overlook the La Pampa region of Argentina where pampeano was born. pampeano continues to craft its products in the same region, using only local artisans and local materials.
We use the same premium quality leather for all of our leather goods, including the Azar passport cover. The South American leather undergoes a time-honoured vegetable tanning process, ensuring it remains soft, and improves with age. The leather, as well as the robust thread used to stitch the diamond, is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that customers get the most use out of a pampeano product as possible.
